Donations and bank Trust Funds Accounts

Finneytown Schools Educational Foundation, Inc. will:

• • Maintain Trust Funds Accounts at WesBanco in Finneytown in relation to donations made to your Finneytown Schools Educational Foundation, Inc. Crowdfunding page. These are bank accounts in which monies (other than the interest accruing on such monies) are held on trust for Finneytown Schools Educational Foundation, Inc. Crowdfunding page creators and other Causes and do not belong to Finneytown Schools Educational Foundation, Inc.;
• • Operate the Website so that donors can make online donations by credit or debit card, or by any other payment method available on the Website, through your Finneytown Schools Educational Foundation, Inc. Crowdfunding page;
• • Set up arrangements to ensure that all donations received by Finneytown Schools Educational Foundation, Inc.
